Troy Condo Garages is a new luxury storage venture—condo garage units customers can own. As a startup in a competitive market, they needed a complete brand presence: positioning, visual identity, marketing collateral, and a professional website that would establish credibility from day one.

PROCESS

01. Market Research Competitive analysis revealed an opportunity: most storage competitors leaned industrial and masculine. Positioning Troy Condo as premium-but-accessible, with warmer tones and lifestyle-focused messaging, would differentiate in a crowded market.

02. Brand Development Built the complete visual identity from scratch—logo with multiple lockups, color palette (professional blues with warm neutrals), typography system, supporting graphics. Brand voice: confident, straightforward, aspirational. Created comprehensive brand guidelines to support future marketing.

03. Website & Collateral Multi-page Squarespace site structured around the sales funnel: Homepage, Our Condos (specs), Design Your Space (customization), Gallery, About, Events, Contact. Optimized for local and commercial storage keywords. Designed print collateral suite including brochure, business cards, stationery, and signage specs.
